1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Trident Traders Ltd (referred to as “the Company”) to the purchaser (referred to as “the Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 The Company specializes in the wholesale import and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
2. Orders
2.1 All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
4. Delivery
4.1 The Company will make every effort to deliver goods within the agreed time frame but will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery.
4.2 Delivery charges are as stated on the Company’s website or as agreed in the order confirmation.
4.3 The Customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
5. Risk and Ownership
5.1 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5.2 Ownership of the goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 The Company will accept returns only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
6.2 All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
7. Liability
7.1 The Company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the supply of goods shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods.
7.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The Company will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
